In macOS 10.11 (El Capitan) and macOS 10.12 (Sierra), some computers with USB 3.0 ports no longer detect properly DeeJay TRIM 4&6 (and some other USB audio cards). This issue was improved by macOS 10.11.4, but some Mac computers (iMac, MacBook, Mac Mini) with USB 3.0 ports still do not detect DeeJay TRIM 4&6 in macOS 10.11.4 and further macOS release. An easy workaround is to connect a USB 3.0 hub between the Mac USB port and DeeJay TRIM 4&6. Once DeeJay TRIM has been detected, repeat the operation on each USB port of this the Mac computer, as this process updates the  system so afterwards, the computer becomes able to detect DeeJay TRIM 4&6 without the USB 3.0 hub. Remember this process as installing another macOS release (as mac OS 10.11.1) may make the same issues of USB detection to occur again, and adding a USB 3.0 hub between the Mac computer and the USB audio device will solve this issue.
