Warning
This DJ controller is not supported on AMD USB 3.10 host and higher.
If the USB host is AMD 3.1 or 3.2 host, the DJ DJ controller cannot be enumerated, so no driver or setting may change anything.
To check your USB host name in Windows 10 or 11:
- Right-click on Windows logo in bottom bar
- Click on Device Manager
- Click on Universal Serial Bus controllers to see the list
- If all USB Host are AMD USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller, or AMD 3.2, this DJ controller cannot work on this computer
- If you see other in addition to the AMD host another USB hosts which are not from AMD, check in computer manual which USB ports are wired to this other USB host, and try connecting your DJ controller to the non AMD USB host.
