My DJ controller is not recognized by VirtualDJ 8 Pro

If VirtualDJ Pro does not recognize the DJ controller,

- It is either an old version of VirtualDJ Pro, and you should use a newer version; or

- The controller mapping is not included in VirtualDJ, and you must download the MIDI mapping for VirtualDJ Pro available on our Technical Support website (https://support.hercules.com: on the controller's page, in the MIDI Mapping section, you can download the mapping of DJ controllers not pre-mapped in VirtualDJ), and install it by following the instructions available in the PDF document included in the zip file.
