My DJControl Jogvision controller is not detected in Serato DJ Intro

If your DJControl Jogvision controller is not detected in Serato DJ Intro, make sure that the version of DJ Intro that you're using is not older than version 1.2.6, and that you have the latest drivers for the controller installed on your computer (available on our Technical Support website, on the controller's page).
